上述是一位佛教徒來信咨詢關於上師考驗弟子的事情，其實，考驗弟子本身就是不應該的！對一個弟子的觀察、看他的言行舉止是否“從善其流”，這倒是應該的。至於密宗實行使用四明行、四暗行考驗的上師，必須是金釦三段及以上的聖德（也就是菩薩）才能用四明行、四暗行對弟子考驗，而且到了三段金釦以上的聖德，一般都不會用考驗這一做法。…
